EMDR

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a psychotherapy technique designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. It involves the use of guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to facilitate the processing of distressing memories. EMDR aims to reduce the emotional charge associated with these memories, a healthier mental state and improved coping mechanisms. This approach is often used for conditions like PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & others.
